Demand charges spiked whenever multiple fast chargers ran together, and faults were discovered only when drivers complained.
Tech4Biz engineered a Smart EV Charging & Energy Management Platform: OCPP-based charge station management, smart charging with dynamic load balancing and grid/renewable awareness, roaming, a driver app, a fleet depot portal, and utility demand-response integration, backed by a reference EVSE charge controller design.
